PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supporting lifestyle diseases determination which easily determines lifestyle diseases and the like on the basis of the correlation between a simple saliva test and blood test and easily supports health management.SOLUTION: An apparatus for supporting lifestyle disease determination includes； a data acquisition unit which acquires saliva data of one or more components or physical properties obtained by measuring components or physical properties of saliva； a correlation data storage unit which pre-stores correlation data related to correlation between the one or more components or physical properties of the saliva and one or more components obtained by measuring blood； determination unit which determines a lifestyle disease on the basis of the saliva data acquired by the data acquisition unit and the correlation data stored in the correlation data storage unit； a management unit which stores the lifestyle disease determined by the determination unit in association with the saliva data； and an output unit which outputs the data stored in the management unit to an information processing device.
