The present disclosure relates to an electromechanical automated object handling machine for handling object having aroma and method thereof. The machine includes a pre-processing unit, a controller, a feeding unit, an object handling unit, a conveyor, a visual unit, an aroma determining unit, a grading comparator, a grading/ejection unit, a plurality of graded containers a container handling unit, and a packaging unit. Each object having aroma is pre-processed to remove foreign particles and moisture content. Each object is examined to determine internal and external characteristic and also by aroma. Based on characteristics and aroma, objects are graded and ejected in particular grade container. The accumulated objects are sealed packed to preserve aroma and discourage objects to be in contact with the external environment, thereby enabling multiple grading of objects into multiple grades and sealed packaging in a single pass.
