Method is carried out by determining the change in concentration α-amylase saliva during cesarean section. Saliva sampling at rest, which is performed on the following days after hospitalization, to exclude the emotion of the first day of stay in the hospital, is performed no earlier than 2 hours after eating, in the morning. Then the next saliva fence on the operating table, in the morning, immediately before anesthesia.
