PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which: conventionally cultivation (mushroom bed cultivation) using a culture medium (mushroom bed) is adopted in which waste materials such as sawdust, wheat bran, and corncob are mixed with nutrition derived from plants included in the waste materials, and the culture medium is reused after use and a new culture medium for a mushroom is needed because cost for the corncob and rice bran is increased and effort is required for waste disposal.SOLUTION: A culture medium for a mushroom is provided to cultivate the mushroom in which a steam sterilization treatment of a palm empty fruit bunch (EFB) material is performed, a fine crushing treatment or a pulverization treatment of the sterilized material is performed, and a waste material pulverization medium (raw material), a corncob medium, and the other mediums are mixed. For example, the culture medium for a mushroom enables shortening of an incubation period, and efficiency of cultivation. The empty fruit bunch mixed medium is reused for effective utilization so that a low cost medium is realized and stability of mushroom production is achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来は、おが屑と小麦ふすま、コーンコブ等の廃材と、廃材に含まれる植物由来の栄養剤を混合した培地(菌床)を用いた栽培(菌床栽培)を採用し、使用後は、培地を再利用する。ただしコーンコブやコメヌカなどのコストの上昇と、廃棄処理に手間を要するため、これらの課題を解決することができるキノコ用の培地を提供する。【解決手段】キノコ用の培地は、パーム空果房(EFB)原料を、蒸気殺菌処理し、殺菌処理済み原料を、微破砕又は微粉砕処理し、廃棄物微粉砕培地(素材)と、コーンコブ培地、その他の培地をと、混合するキノコ用の培地であり、培地でキノコ栽培する。例えば、培養期間の短縮化、栽培の効率化が図れる。空果房混合培地を再利用し有効活用することで、培地の低コスト化と、キノコ生産の安定化を達成できる。【選択図】図1
