To provide an addition material for mushroom cultivation, an artificial culture medium for the mushroom cultivation, a medium for the mushroom cultivation and an artificial cultivation method for mushroom capable of cultivating, at a high yield, the mushroom excellent in quality.SOLUTION: An addition material for mushroom cultivation contains 30-60 mass% of CaO, 10-60 mass% of AlOand 5-40 mass% of SiOand further contains alkali metal oxide, a molar ratio of SiOwith respect to the whole alkali metal oxide is 12-850, and further contains calcium aluminosilicate having a particle size integration value of crystallite diameter of 2-10 μm of 40 volume% or greater and having a Blaine specific surface area of 3000-9000 cm/g. An artificial culture medium of the invention contains an addition material. A medium of the invention contains the artificial culture medium. The medium contains the addition material and the artificial culture medium.
