C water； crushing the blenched garlic； inserting 0.5-1.2% of citric acid into the ground garlic； drying the garlic at room temperature for 48-60 hours； and adding 0.5-15wt% of pine needle extract and 1.5-5.5wt% of spring onion juice into the ground garlic.
