PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion-type aqueous cosmetic which gives a high penetration feeling, hardly causes stickiness, has good skin conditioning effect for giving elasticity or flexibility to skin, gives moisture to skin, can maintain moist feeling and has excellent stability.SOLUTION: There is provided an emulsion-type aqueous cosmetic which comprises (A) component: 0.1 to 5 mass% of a sorbitan fatty acid ester having an HLB of 2 to 10, (B) component: 0.5 to 10 mass% of a polyglycerol having an average polymerization degree of 2 to 10, (C) component: 0.005 to 0.5 mass% of one or two or more polymers selected from a polymer containing 2-methacryloyloxy ethyl phosphorylcholine and an alkyl methacrylate as constituting monomers and a polymer containing glycerol-1-methacryloyloxy ethylene urethane and octadecyl (meth)acrylate as constituting monomers and (D) component: water.
