PURPOSE: A porosity patch type cosmetic composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to apply various active ingredients for skin care. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porosity patch type cosmetic composition comprises: a step of dispersing and emulsifying an oil phase in an aqueous phase in which water dispersion polymers are dissolved and preparing an emulsion solution； and a step of freeze-drying the emulsion solution in a matrix form. The oil phase contains volatile oil, emulsion, and active ingredients for skin care. The water dispersion polymer is a combination of collagen or modified collagen and a water dispersion polymer selected from a natural water dispersion polymer and a synthetic water dispersion polymer.본 발명은 에멀젼화 방법을 이용하여 동결건조 방식으로 다공성 패치 형태의 피부개선 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 다공성 패치 형태의 피부개선 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 유상을 수분산성 고분자가 용해된 수상에 분산, 유화시켜 에멀젼용액으로 만든 다음, 원하는 매트릭스 형태로 동결건조하여 다공성 패치 형태의 피부개선 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조되어 유화제형의 무거운 사용감을 피할 수 있으며, 다양한 피부미용 유효성분의 적용이 가능한 다공성 피부개선 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
