PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitamin C solution for oral administration which is chemically stable, and is excellent in absorbability from gut, and an effective blood concentration duration.SOLUTION: The oil vitamin C composition for oral administration comprises dissolving/suspension of a vitamin C palmitic acid ester in a liquid mixture which mainly consists of a middle chain fatty acid triglyceride, and in which yellow beeswax and soybean lecithin are added. Desirably, the liquid mixture includes 5-20 pts.wt. of the yellow beeswax, and 30-60 pts.wt. of the soybean lecithin based on 100 pts.wt. of the middle chain fatty acid triglyceride. The vitamin C palmitic acid ester is added in the liquid mixture so that 20-40 wt.% of the total composition may be occupied.
