PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a mushroom fungus piece to a raw wood fully automatically.SOLUTION: A method for setting a mushroom fungus piece includes: drilling a predetermined position of the raw wood as a drill is lowered and making the mushroom fungus piece standby near an insertion position lifting a hammer for setting the mushroom fungus piece up to a position for hitting preparation and moving the mushroom fungus piece as the drill is raised to insert it into a piece hole by the drilling then hitting a head part of the mushroom fungus piece by the hammer to set the mushroom fungus piece to the piece hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 この発明は、原木へ茸菌駒を全自動でセットすることを目的としたものである。【解決手段】ドリルの下降に伴って原木の所定位置へ穿孔し、茸菌駒を挿入位置の近辺に待機させると共に、茸菌駒をセットするハンマーを打撃準備位置に持ち上げ、前記ドリルの上昇に伴って茸菌駒を移動させて、前記穿孔による駒孔内へ挿入させ、ついでハンマーで前記茸菌駒の頭部を叩いて茸菌駒を駒孔へセットすることを特徴とした茸菌駒のセット方法により上記目的を達成した。【選択図】図1
