PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device for unprocessed timber having the following features: it is required no driving power it has a simple structure and is cheap and dirt on surface of an unprocessed timber is efficiently removed with a simple work.SOLUTION: The washing device for unprocessed timber comprises: a roller conveyor 14 on which an unprocessed timber 12 is loaded and manually transported in axis direction and a washing chamber 20 which is arranged in the middle position of the roller conveyor 14 in traveling direction and covering a part of the roller conveyor 14. An annular pipe 42 is arranged in a manner where: it is arranged on inside of the washing chamber 20 it is arranged on a virtual surface crossing traveling direction of the roller conveyor 14 and it surrounds the traveling direction center of the roller conveyor 14. A holding member 54 is arranged in a manner where: it is arranged near the pipe 42 it crosses traveling direction of the roller conveyor 14 a section facing center of ring shape made of the pipe 42 is arranged in a low position at a height almost the same as that where the roller conveyor 14 is arranged and the unprocessed timber 12 is positioned on the low position.
