PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling pulling device enabling pulling of seedlings from each of a series of cells by a simple inexpensive structure, even for a plurality of kinds of raising seedling trays having different arrangement pitches of through-holes of cells. SOLUTION: This seedling pulling device 1 includes a cylindrically formed device body 2 which has a plurality of pin bodies 12 arranged at a spaced pitch of through-holes formed on the bottom of each of the cells of a raising seedling tray and inserts each of the pin bodies 12 into the cell from each of the through-holes to push up seedlings, a guide groove 7 which is formed on the upper surface of the device body 2, connects a cylinder inside 10 and a cylinder outside, and extends to a cylinder center direction, a pulling-up pin 11 which is made of the pin body 12 held in the guide groove 7 in a movable manner in the cylinder center direction of the device body 2, the upper end projecting from the device body 2, and a base saucer 13 extended to the lower part of the pin body 12 and held in the cylinder inside 10 of the device body 2, and fixing means which is arranged in the device body 2 and fixes the pulling-up pin 11 changeably in a position in the cylinder center direction.
