PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate power attached to the inside of an apparatus by giving oscillation from the outside in an automatic flouring apparatus for flouring food ingredients so as to constantly provide good flouring food ingredients.SOLUTION: The automatic flouring apparatus for food 1 at least includes: a flouring part 11 which is formed in a tubular shape, and flours the food ingredients a rotation driving part 21 for giving rotation movement to the flouring part 11 and an oscillation generating part 31 for vertically giving oscillation during rotation of the flouring part 11. The rotation driving part 21 includes a supporting roller 22 for supporting the flouring part 11. The oscillation generating part 31 is provided in the supporting roller 22. The supporting part 32 has a different diameter with an inconstant distance from a rotation shaft 25 of the supporting roller 22.
