PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assistant device capable of performing turnaround of a person who receives care in a limited space, when a person who receives care who is seated on is made to be seated on another position.SOLUTION: An assistant device 1 comprises: a standing assistant device 20 for performing standing assistance of a person M who receives care； a rotation support part 10 which is provided above the standing assistant device 20, and supporting the standing assistant device 20 so as to freely rotate around a first axial line A1 parallel to a vertical direction； and a rotation board 31 which is a portion on which feet of a person M who receives care are mounted when performing the standing assistance, which is separated from the rotation support part 10, and which is installed rotatably around an axial line parallel to the vertical direction with respect to a floor surface F.
