The present invention relates to a drying apparatus for seafood which is movable and to a drying method wherein the movable drying apparatus for hold comprises a drying room having a holding part for holding seafood products a driving part which is allowed to move the holding part with seafood products from inside of the drying room a temperature controlling part which supplies hot wind inside of the drying room so that the temperature of the drying room is controlled to be suitable for drying seafood products a circulating part which circulates the supplied hot wind to be circulated in the temperature controlling part so that the hot wind supplied by the temperature controlling part is collected in the temperature controlling part and the collected hot wind is re-supplied to inside of the drying room.
