PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily and accurately judge reliability of inference result by a medical decision support device.SOLUTION: A medical decision support device performs an inference process for performing inference processing relating to a medical diagnosis on the basis of a plurality of pieces of inputted medical information to obtain inference result, and performs a calculation process to calculate degree of leaning toward a negative side or toward an affirmative side, regarding the inference result, with respect to each of a plurality of subsets including, as elements, medical information drawn from the plurality of pieces of medical information.
