PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily and accurately discriminate the reliability of a result of inference derived from medical decision-making assist.SOLUTION: A medical decision-making assist system performs inference processing concerning medical diagnosis on the basis of plural pieces of inputted medical information, and performs calculation processing of calculating a degree, to which a result of inference is affected negatively or positively, for each of plural subsets having as elements pieces of medical information fetched from the plural pieces of medical information. The medical decision-making assist system provides a user with the result of inference, which is obtained through the inference processing, and negative information that is medical information contained in a subset, for which the degree to which the result of inference is affected negatively is calculated through the calculation processing, out of the plural subsets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】医療意志決定支援による推論結果の信頼性をユーザが容易に且つ的確に判断できるようにする。【解決手段】医療意志決定支援装置は、入力された複数の医用情報に基づいて医療診断に関わる推論処理を行い、推論結果を得る推論処理と、複数の医用情報から取り出された医用情報を要素とする複数の部分集合の各々について、推論結果に関して否定もしくは肯定の側に作用する度合いを算出する算出処理を行う。そして、医療意志決定支援装置は、推論処理によって得られた推論結果と、複数の部分集合のうち、算出処理により否定の側に作用する度合いが算出された部分集合に含まれている医用情報を示す否定情報とをユーザに提示する。【選択図】 図2
