PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning liquid capable of suppressing metal-like foreign taste peculiar to potato, in spite of adjusting a potato processed food to equal to or less than pH 5.5, and a method for producing a processed food using the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing a potato processed food includes mixing potatoes of equal to or more than 40%.
