PURPOSE:To provide a shading film hardly decomposed by the long-time irradiation with ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:A low density polyethylene film 2 containing titanium dioxide is formed on one surface of a base film 3 and an aluminum vapor deposition film 4 is formed on the other surface of the base film and a low density polyethylene film 6 containing titanium dioxide is bonded to the surface on the opposite side of the base film 3 of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 through a primer layer 5.
