PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for imparting a milk fat feeling in an acidic beverage containing milk. An acidic beverage with milk containing fumaric acid is provided. Moreover, the manufacturing method of an acidic drink containing milk including the process of mixing a fumaric acid and a milk component and preparing a raw material liquid is provided. Moreover, the fumaric acid is added and the method of providing the fat feeling of the product containing milk is provided.
