Disclosed is a centrifugal purification/extraction method for effective compositions of Chinese medicinal herb decoction, which includes the following steps (a) removing low specific gravity substances and the precipitates from the Chinese medicinal herb decoction through centrifugation to produce an initial centrifugation decoction (b) performing low temperature centrifugation process on the initial centrifugation decoction so that the initial centrifugation decoction becomes a maker ice pillar gradually during centrifugation process with the effective compositions clustered at different height positions on the marker ice pillar and (c) clipping ice pillar sections at specific heights of the marker ice pillar in the centrifugation tube and melting and mixing the clipped ice pillar sections into a purified decoction. In this way, by using low-temperature configuration freezing method to make the initial centrifugation decoction into a marker ice pillar and then individually clipping and melting specific sections of the marker ice pillar, it is capable of obtaining a purified decoction of highly effective compositions. Production made with the sequential processing has superior stability.
