A wheelchair bicycle according to the present invention comprises a steering frame having one longitudinal side in which a driving sprocket and a pedal handle are coupled, and the other longitudinal side in which a driven sprocket and a front wheel are coupled a base frame which has one side in which a rear wheel is coupled and the other side extended toward the front wheel, and on which a wheelchair part is placed and a connection frame having one side fixed on the steering frame and the other side in which a part of the base frame extended toward the front wheel is penetrated. The wheelchair bicycle according to the present invention can be assembled and disassembled very conveniently and can reduce manufacturing costs by having a simple coupling and separating structure between the steering frame and the wheelchair.
