A shrinkable attachment and detachment type bicycle for assisting wheelchair driving according to the present invention comprises: a driving wheel corresponding to a rear wheel where a front wheel is removed a pedal generating a rotational driving force by a rider a power transmission member transmitting the rotational force to the driving wheel a bicycle frame member having a main tube having one end connected to one side portion of the driving wheel, an extension frame having a lower portion held into and coupled to the main tube to be contracted from an upper part of the main tube to an inside of the main tube or to be extended to the outside, a seat tube having a lower end coupled to be able to rotate with respect to the upper part of the main tube, a front tube having one end coupled to an upper part of the extension frame, a top tube having one end coupled to an upper end of the seat tube to be able to rotate and the other end coupled to the other end of the front tube to be able to rotate, a seat post having a lower end coupled to the upper end of the seat tube and an upper end coupled to a saddle, a connection tube with one end coupled to the main tube to be able to rotate and a down tube coupled to the other end of the connection tube to be able to rotate an upper insertion tube coupled to the upper part of the extension frame or the front tube to be coupled to a rear upper frame of a wheelchair by an attachable and detachable coupling unit and a lower insertion tube coupled to the other end of the down tube to be able to rotate for being coupled to a rear lower frame of the wheelchair by the attachable and detachable coupling unit.
