PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filled container sterilizing device that can prevent deterioration in productivity and prevent over-sterilization when shutdown etc. arises in equipment on a post-process of the filled container sterilizing device, and enables a layout length to be shortened.SOLUTION: A filled container sterilizing device 1 sterilizes filled containers B, conveyed successively by a conveyance device 2, under predetermined sterilization conditions by showering the filled containers with water of predetermined temperature for warming, sterilization, and cooling.
