Comparativement au prasugrel, le sel daddition dacide de prasugrel obtenu par la présente invention a une bonne stabilité le procédé de préparation est simple, un monocristal de haute pureté et un cristal se prêtant à une utilisation pharmaceutique peuvent être obtenus, la qualité du produit est bonne, et le rendement est élevé.
