PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for easily storing raw tea leaves to produce many kinds of tea products, because the tea is a favorite food and is variously consumed, and because a tea producer producing only the tea is needed to produce tea products except green tea and additional value-having tea products.SOLUTION: The apparatus for controlling the raw tea leaves is characterized by comprising an air-permeable endless conveyance belt for forming a bottom face, side walls vertically disposed on the endless conveyance belt, a ventilation means for ventilating through the endless conveyance belt, an exhaust port shutter disposed at one end exhaust port of the endless conveyance belt, and a measurement means for measuring their weights, and by measuring the weight of the raw tea leaves and taking out the raw tea leaves, when the weight reduction rate of the raw tea leaves reaches a set value from the start of the storage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】茶は嗜好品であり、消費が多様化しており、緑茶のみを製造していた製茶業者は、緑茶以外の茶製品や付加価値を備えた茶製品を製造する必要が出てきた。そのため、多種類の茶製品を製造するために、容易に茶生葉を保管することができる装置や方法を提供することを課題としている。【解決手段】本発明の第1手段は、底面を形成する通気性の無端輸送帯と、該無端輸送帯上に立設した側壁と、前記無端輸送帯を介して送風する送風手段と、前記無端輸送帯の一端の排出口には排出口シャッタと、これらの重量を計量する計量手段とより構成するとともに、茶生葉の重量を計量し、保管開始からの茶生葉の重量減少率が設定値になったときに茶生葉を取り出すことを特徴とする茶生葉管理装置。【選択図】図1
