PURPOSE: A simple rice cake steamer capable of uniformly steaming rice powder is provided to secure the stability and the strength of a steam generator for steaming rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A simple rice cake steamer(100) steams rice powder inside a simple rice molding container installed inside a simple rice cake steaming set(200). An A-layer plate(11) is located in between left and right supporters. A-layer 1-N nozzles(13, 14) are located on the A-layer plate. A-layer 1-N steaming pipes(15, 16) induce steam from a steam generator(S), and are connected to the nozzles. Each nozzle has upward covers(G). A-layer 1-N steam pipes are branched from an A-layer integration pipe connected to the steam generator and a condensate drainage pipe(B). The A-layer 1-N steaming pipes include A-layer 1-N valves(22) opening and closing by A-layer 1-N levers(18, 19).본 발명은 스팀발생기(S)의 안정성 및 견고함을 보장하면서도 떡가루의 균일한 익힘을 보장하기 위하여 스팀발생기(S)를 별도로 설치하면서 제a층 1 내지 제a층 N 노즐(13～14)에 증기를 균일하게 공급할 수 있도록 제a층 1 내지 제a층 N 스팀관(15～16)을 각각 연통시켜 간이형 떡 성형용기(300) 속의 떡가루를 즉석에서 균일하고 담백하게 그리고 신속하고 간단하게 찔 수 있도록 한 즉석 떡 찜기에 관한 것이다.
