PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage having a bitterness similar to that of beer and further having mild flavor, a method for producing a beer taste beverage, and a method for improving the flavor of a beer taste beverage.SOLUTION: Provided is a beer taste beverage in which the content of iso α acid is 5 to 30 ppm, and the content of N-acetylglucosamine is 0.05% or higher. Also provided is a method for producing a beer taste beverage comprising a process where the content of iso α acid is controlled to 5 to 30 ppm, and the content of N-acetylglucosamine is controlled to 0.05% or higher.
