PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition for pasty cheese-like foods capable of achieving both of oil off inhibition during heating and oil off inhibition after thawing and excellent in flavor.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil and fat composition for manufacturing pasty cheese-like foods by blending the same with raw material cheese, containing liquid oil and fat and lauric oil and fat, in which SFC at 5°C may be 50% or less, SFC at 0°C may be 3% or more.
