The manual work table for local packaging according to the present invention includes: an upper plate, on which agricultural products to be sorted are placed, having a plurality of discharge holes through which foreign matters pass； a lower plate provided below the upper plate at a predetermined interval, inclined to one side, and configured to allow the foreign matters passing through the discharge holes to slidably move down to one side； a high pressure spraying plate vertically protruding along an edge of the upper plate to form a sidewall, and having a plurality of washing nozzles that receive high-pressure air to spray the high-pressure air toward an upper surface of the upper plate； and a plurality of leg frames having one end coupled to the lower plate and the other end in contact with the ground to support the lower plate such that the lower plate is positioned at a predetermined height. The manual work table for local packaging according to the present invention can minimize the deterioration of agricultural products to be packaged due to the exposure to the ambient temperature during a packaging process by spraying the high-pressure air to the table. Since the packaging process is performed in a pre-cooled condition, a carbon assimilation, photosynthesis, respiration, and the like can be delayed, thereby preventing the deterioration of freshness and degradation of marketability caused by the deterioration of the product.
