PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a pickled radish product capable of making much use of the superiority of pickled radish as a preserved food.SOLUTION: A canned pickled radish product is obtained by using Japanese radish as the main raw material, and adding a seasoning liquid containing a pH adjusting agent thereto followed by filling in a can. The canned pickled radish product can avoid smell leakage and container damage, and has an effect of making much use of the superiority of pickled radish as a preserved food without spoiling portability as the pickled radish product. The canned pickled radish product which requires no operation of opening the canned pickled radish product with a can opener or cutting pickled radish as the contents with a kitchen knife by making a can to a pull-top can or using sliced pickled radish enables quick appreciation of canned pickled radish, and has an effect of improving convenience.
