PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sake lees-containing food having an extremely high commercial value such as being easy to eat owing to having no flavor peculiar to sake lees, and being simple to eat by eating as it is, and applying to or mixing with something owing to having a creamy state.SOLUTION: A sake lees-containing food is obtained by heating sake lees softened through addition of water, and adding to the heated sake lees, Rooibos tea powder, cocoa powder, carob powder, syrup, amazake, condensed milk, coconut oil, onion skin powder and common salt followed by forming in a creamy state. The sake lees-containing food uses as the syrup, beet sugar syrup and maple syrup.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】酒粕の独特の風味が無くて食べ易く、しかも、クリーム状であり、そのまま食べたり、何かに付けたり混ぜたりして簡単に食べることができるなど、極めて商品価値の高い酒粕入り食品の提供。【解決手段】加水することで柔らかくした酒粕を加熱し、続いて、この加熱した酒粕にルイボスティーパウダー,ココアパウダー,キャロブパウダー,シロップ,甘酒,練乳,ココナッツオイル,玉ねぎの皮パウダー及び食塩を加えてクリーム状とする酒粕入り食品。前記シロップとして、てんさい糖シロップ及びメープルシロップを用いる酒粕入り食品。【選択図】図1
