Immuno-nutritional composition for the prevention and/or treatment of lesions, in particular pressure lesions, consisting of a mixture comprising: i) maltodextrin in a quantity ranging from 20% to 50% by weight with respect to the total weight of the mixture, ii) arginine in a quantity varying from 10% to 40% by weight with respect to the total weight of the mixture, iii) omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in a quantity varying from 5% to 30% by weight with respect to the total weight of the mixture, iv) collagen in a quantity varying from 0.5% to 5% by weight with respect to the total weight of the mixture, v) vitamins in a quantity varying from 0.1% to 5% by weight with respect to the total weight of the mixture, vi) zinc in a quantity varying from 0.01% to 1.0% by weight with respect to the total weight of the mixture.
