PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of the hopper of a medicine packing machine capable of being miniaturized and shortening the charging time of a nozzle into the hopper.SOLUTION: The cleaning device of the hopper of the medicine packing machine is constituted so as to charge the medicine, which is received by the hopper 4 for receiving the medicine from a medicine supply part, to parcelling paper from the opening part provided to the lower end of the hopper 4 to seal the same by the parceling paper and equipped with the nozzle 9 charged in the hopper 4 from above through a first drive mechanism 8 to spray air.
