An egg roll machine consists of a base and a frame installed on the base. The base is equipped with a rolling device, and the frame is respectively equipped with a hopper, a pressing device and a reclaiming device, wherein the hopper, the pressing device and the rolling device are arranged along the same straight line, and the reclaiming device is corresponding to the rolling device.A frying table is slidably arranged on the base. The frying table moves reciprocally along the straight line, and coordinates with the positions of the hopper, the pressing device and the rolling device respectively, so as to achieve the actions of automatic feeding, pressing, hot frying and rolling.
