A packing module of a medicine packing device includes a paper envelope supplying device, a bending member, a sealing device, a cutter, taking-out rollers, and a paper envelope transfer sensing unit. The paper envelope supplying device supplies a paper envelope to a hopper of the medicine packing device. The bending member receives the paper envelope from the paper envelope supplying device and then folding the paper envelope in half on the lower side of the hopper to make the upper part of the paper envelope open. The sealing device receives the paper envelope, which have received one does of medicine separately, from the hopper via the bending member and then sequentially seals the open upper part of the paper envelope per dose. The cutter receives the sealed paper envelope containing medicine from the sealing device and cuts the paper envelope at a predetermined length. The taking-out rollers guide the paper envelope to the cutter from the sealing device.
