PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a dry vaccine powder formulation that can be used for intranasal delivery.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a method comprising a step of producing a liquid formulation that comprises one or more antigens, such as a pathogen or a component thereof. Here, a liquid vaccine formulation is freeze-dried to produce a power. The power comprises fine particles and is stable at room temperature. When the antigen is influenza virus, the powder has a high HA potency.
