The present invention relates to AtPrx22, AtPrx43, and AtPrx69 genes conferring resistance to cold stress in plants, a transformed plant by an expression vector containing gene sequences of these, and a producing method of a plant having resistance to cold stress by transforming the plant by a recombinant plasmid comprising the genes and redifferentiating the plant.본 발명은 식물에서 저온 스트레스에 대한 저항성을 부여하는 AtPrx22, AtPrx43, AtPrx69 유전자, 이러한 유전자 서열들을 포함하는 발현 벡터에 의해서 형질전환된 식물체 및 이들 유전자들을 포함하는 재조합 플라즈미드로 식물을 형질전환시킨 후 재분화하여 저온 스트레스에 대한 저항성을 갖는 식물체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
