The present invention relates to a beam-stop array. The beam-stop array includes: a first rectangular acrylic plate having multiple holes of a predetermined diameter multiple ball-shaped beam-stops inserted into the holes a second acrylic plate covering the entire upper part of the first acrylic plate and a third acrylic plate covering the entire lower part of the first acrylic plate.
