PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapy system in which a state quantity of beam with rotation of a rotating gantry is corrected in a short time.SOLUTION: A particle beam therapy system includes: an accelerator 10 for accelerating a beam； a rotating gantry 30 for applying the beam from multiple directions； a beam transport system 20 for transporting the accelerated beam to the rotating gantry 30； measuring devices 43, 44 for measuring a state quantity of the beam； an electromagnetic device installed in the rotating gantry 30 or the beam transport system 20, and correcting the state quantity of the beam； and a control device 60 for controlling the accelerator, the beam transport system and the rotating gantry. The measuring device measures the state quantity of the beam by using multiple energy while the rotating gantry 30 is stopped in a certain rotation angle. The control device stores the information of the quantity of excitation of the electromagnetic device formed so that the state quantity of the beam may become in a predetermined range by each energy every energy in association with the applicable angle information of the rotating gantry.
