PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales management support system configured to present contraindication information which indicates contraindications for coadministration or precautions for coadministration even when a user purchases drugs or food products in a plurality of stores.SOLUTION: A sales management support system includes a first server, and a second server connected to the first server over a network and installed in a store. In selling drugs or food products to a customer, the second server collates contraindication ingredient information corresponding to the drugs or food products to be sold to the customer and contraindication ingredient information corresponding to the drugs or food products purchased by the customer in other stores, on the basis of the contraindication ingredient information stored in a second server-side storage unit and purchase history information transmitted from the first server in response to request information.
