PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To summarize patient's medication history information at home, to acquire and collect patient's state-of-affairs information in a manner causing no resistance feeling to the utmost, and to enable a patient to easily set up the equipment at home.SOLUTION: A medication support system includes: a medication support device 30 installed in a house 20； and a medication support server 10. The medication support device 30 divides and stores medicine 21 which a patient 22 takes in a prescribed period, and outputs message for urging medication with a dosage timing, making it possible to take out the medicine 21 to be taken with the dosage timing by the operation of the patient 22, and transmitting to the medication support server 10 to the effect that the patient 22 takes out the medicine 21 as medication history information. The medication support server 10 records for each patient 22 the medication history information transmitted from the medication support device 30, and makes it possible to utilize the recorded medication history information through a network by other information processing units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】患者の在宅での服薬履歴情報を集約し、また患者の動静情報を可能な限り抵抗感を与えない形で取得・収集するとともに、患者等が在宅で容易に機器のセットアップをすることを可能とする。【解決手段】居宅２０に設置された服薬支援装置３０と服薬支援サーバ１０とを有し、服薬支援装置３０は、患者２２が服用する所定の期間分の薬２１を服用タイミング毎に分けて収納し、服用タイミングにおいて服薬を促すメッセージを出力し、患者２２の操作によって服用タイミングにおいて服用すべき薬２１を取り出し可能とし、患者２２が薬２１を取り出した旨を服薬履歴情報として服薬支援サーバ１０に送信し、服薬支援サーバ１０は、服薬支援装置３０から送信された服薬履歴情報を患者２２毎に記録し、記録された服薬履歴情報を他の情報処理装置からネットワークを介して利用可能とする。【選択図】図１
