A multivalent vaccine composition, which comprise an inactivated enteroviral antigen optionally in addition one of the following: 1) an inactivated influenza viral antigen 2) inactivated Japanese encephalitis (JE) virion or 3) a combination of an inactivated influenza virion and an inactivated JE virion is provided in the present invention. The vaccine composition may be formulated with a delivery system, or with an adjuvant system by combining a delivery system and an immunostimulatory agent. The combination vaccines can reduce the number of injections required to prevent multiple strains of infectious agents causing the same disease or protect against different diseases.本發明係關於一種包含去活化之腸病毒、流感病毒及/或日本腦炎的混合型多價疫苗。本發明之多價疫苗包含去活化之腸病毒抗原,及選自:(1)去活化流感病毒;(2)去活化日本腦炎病毒;或(3)去活化流感病毒混合去活化日本腦炎病毒之抗原,以及有或無一種醫藥上可接受之佐劑。本發明之多價疫苗可結合一種疫苗遞送系統或複合佐劑。本發明之多價疫苗能避免各類抗原間的干擾現象,產生良好的腸病毒、流感與日本腦炎之免疫抗體,並減少須多次注射不同抗原疫苗接種的次數。
