PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems, for example, in the USDA, if a food product is formed of 70% or more of an organic food product and less than 30% of a general food product, the food product can be displayed as "made with organic", but in the advanced countries other than the USA, such a display is not permitted.SOLUTION: If a food product in which a marine product(s) is used, is not authenticated as an organic food product, the marine products are excluded from health food products. It is impossible to exclude use of marine products which are essential nutrient sources to other cooking in an aspect of health. If a food product contains 95% or more of an organic food material, and 5% or less of an additive, the food product may be recognized as the organic food product. It is necessary to eat seafood being an essential nutrient source in the aspect of health. The means for solving the above-mentioned problems are: a food product is stored in another transparent bag as an additive-free auxiliary food product, if (1) a ratio of a food additive exceeds 5% of an organic food product, (2) a ratio of seafood which is not an object of an organic food product exceeds 5%, (3) a total amount of (1) and (2) exceeds 5% of an organic food product, (4) a total value of (1),(2),(3) is equal to or less than the majority of an organic food product (5) the organic food product is stored in a transparent bag which is different from the transparent bag of the additive-free auxiliary food product (6) if (4) and (5) are stored in a same transparent bag, a consumer can clearly understand a content of the food product. A consumer determines whether or not to purchase the organic food product. There is hardly any company which provides an organic food product at a reasonable price, in Japan at present.COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】USDAはオーガニック食品が70%以上で一般食材が30%未満の場合、それをMade with organicと表示することを認めているが、アメリカ以外の先進諸国ではその表示を認めていない。【解決手段】海産物が使用されている食品をオーガニック食品として認証されないことは海産物を健康食品から除外すること
