The present invention relates to a radiation detector and a power management method thereof. More particularly, the radiation detector and the power management method thereof can suppress deterioration of the image quality while using a battery which can be wirelessly charged. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the radiation detector comprises: a battery which can be wirelessly charged； a power receiving module electrically connected to the battery, and wirelessly receiving power from an external power supply module； and a control module for generating a control signal controlling power supply of the power supply module, and transmitting the control signal to the power supply module, and blocking the power supply of the power supply module only when a state is determined to be in a photographing state.본 발명은 방사선 디텍터 및 방사선 디텍터의 전원 관리방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 무선 충전이 가능한 배터리를 사용하면서 영상 품질의 저하를 억제할 수 있는 방사선 디텍터 및 방사선 디텍터의 전원 관리방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 방사선 디텍터는 무선 충전이 가능한 배터리； 상기 배터리와 전기적으로 연결되며, 외부의 전력 공급모듈에서 무선으로 전력을 수신하는 전력 수신모듈； 및 상기 전력 공급모듈의 전력 공급을 제어하는 제어신호를 생성하여 상기 전력 공급모듈에 전송하는 제어 모듈；을 포함하고, 상기 제어 모듈은 촬영 상태인 것으로 판단되는 경우에 상기 전력 공급모듈의 전력 공급을 차단하도록 할 수 있다.
