PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to exchange an injecting needle 9 easily in a pickling liquid injector in which pickling liquid is led to the injecting needle 9 and is injected into raw material meat.SOLUTION: A chamber 6 is formed between the top and bottom plates 2 and 3, a through hole 8 is formed in the bottom plate 3, and an injecting needle 9 is intercalated in the through hole 8. Further, a holder 10 is engaged to the top of the bottom plate 3, the injecting needle 9 is supported by the holder 10, and the holder 10 is held in the chamber 6, and is inserted between the top and bottom plates 2 and 3.
