PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an injected amount to be adjusted so as to correspond to the weight of a raw material meat 4 when a pickling liquid is injected to the raw material meat 4 in an injector of the pickling liquid for injecting the pickling liquid to the raw material meat 4.SOLUTION: The injector of the pickling liquid is constituted as follows. A feeding source of the pickling liquid is connected to an injection head 3, and the pickling liquid is fed to each needle 2. The injection head 3 is lowered by a driving mechanism, to allow each of the needles 2 to pierce the raw material meat 4 and the pickling liquid to be injected to the raw material meat 4. The weight of the raw material meat 4 is detected and measured by a load cell 9 before the pickling liquid is injected to the raw material meat 4.
