A material-diverting mechanism, a material-releasing device and a material-mixing device using the material-diverting mechanism are disclosed. The material-diverting mechanism is utilized to quantitatively carry a forage, thus to precisely control the quantity of each feeding forage and to prevent the condition of being easily jammed or retained by the fed forage found in conventional mechanisms. The material-diverting mechanism comprises a drive module and a transmission track that is surroundingly engaged with and rotatably driven by the drive module. Besides, the transmission track is configured with a plurality of equally-spaced partitions on an outer surface thereof, thus to support the forage and to auxiliarily provide a fixed quantity of output forage. The material-releasing device, which is also composed of the material-diverting mechanism, is capable of outputting a fixed quantity of forage and overcoming the problem of being easily jammed or retained by the fed forage in conventional skills. The material-mixing device, which is obtained from the material-diverting mechanism, is formed by assembling two material-releasing devices, enabling the forage filled in the two material-releasing devices to be individually output or output to the same place.
