PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low oil-type acid liquid seasoning mixed with citrus fruit skin and/or potherb, and a thickening material, and having the excellent flavor of citrus fruit skin and/or potherb, regardless of a preservation period after production, and to provide a method for producing the seasoning.SOLUTION: The acid liquid seasoning is mixed with citrus fruit skin and/or potherb, and a thickening material, and has &le5% mixing amount of edible oil and fat of a viscosity of 10-1,000 mPa s or is unmixed with edible oil and fat. The acid liquid seasoning is mixed with water dispersible flavor containing flavor component derived from the citrus fruit skin and/or the potherb, and sesame heated to 60-95°C in an aqueous medium together with the citrus fruit skin and/or the potherb.
