Compositions and methods for the topical treatment of mucous membranes, skin, and surfaces infected with Candida auris (C. auris), including multi-drug resistant C. auris. The compositions may include from about 0.1% to about 5% by weight of a cationic biocide selected from polihexanide biguanide (PHMB), polyaminopropyl biguanide (PAPB), chlorhexidine (CHG), and any combination thereof.L'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés pour le traitement topique de membranes muqueuses, de peau et de surfaces infectées par Candida auris (C. auris), y compris le C. auris multirésistant.
